Every aspects of the design process, cost and time frame was explained, and any delay was promptly addressed in an email. It was a very personal experience even though it was via email. I can't wait to visit their shop in Vermont and meet them in person. Packaging is simple and elegant.

It was a wonderful, comfortable, and affirming experience in an industry that is difficult to get comfortable interacting with as a LGBTQ couple. The rings were just as we imagined and I love them every day. Their beautiful mokume gane collection caught our eye while we were exploring jewelers, and we opted to design a custom engagement ring with them last year. The process was simple and fun from start to finish. We worked primarily with Will, and he was very receptive to our requests for adjustments and responded creatively to the thoughts we shared. We are very happy with the finished product, and are amazed that we were able to collaborate so deeply over email and video chat exclusively. This year, we decided to work with W.R. again to create our wedding bands. Will recommended a new design for my fiancé’s ring, a knife-edge band which turned out beautifully, and I went for a custom band to fit my engagement ring. Once again, I had a great time collaborating, this time primarily with Jessica, and I’m thrilled with the result. These are wonderful, talented people and I highly recommend working with them.

I cannot tell you enough about how amazing it was to work with Will and Rosie on this project. Their professionalism and craftsmanship knows no bounds. I'm a Vermont native and I had always wanted a Vermont craftsmen to construct a wedding band for me. Will went above and beyond with this project. I happened to have my Grandfather's gold wedding band in my possession, however, I had always wanted a wooden wedding band. Will, was able to take my Grandfather's ring and without recasting the metal he was able to reshape the ring into my size. He then took applewood from Rosie's family farm in Vermont and shaped the wood into a band that now encapsulates my Grandfather's wedding band. This ring is full of detail, history, and meaning to not only me but also to my family. As I said, I cannot say enough about my experience with Will and Rosie. If you happen to come across them I can assure you they will craft you one of your most treasured possessions!

We eloped in March and I didn’t have the time to get him a wedding band. I was using my great grandmother’s from 1922 and I wanted him to feel he had the same sentimental attachment to his ring. He wanted something wood-inspired and this was perfect. I was worried about getting it in time for our “first kiss” anniversary on the summer solstice and the team was so helpful in making sure that happened! The ring arrived in beautiful packaging a few days ahead and I was able to surprise him with something stunning that we will have for as long as my ring has lasted! It is finely made and fits very well (accurate to his size 9). Would highly recommend the friendliness, craftsmanship, and dedication to service and design!
